By accessing or using DeepFakeAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Service Description

DeepFakeAI provides free image verification services including metadata analysis, C2PA Content Credentials validation, AI tool signature detection, and forensic analysis. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DeepFakeAI only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

Attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures
Uploading illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you don't own
Scraping, harvesting, or automated bulk verification without permission
Attempting to compromise service security or infrastructure
Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Rate Limiting

We implement rate limiting (50 analyses per hour per IP) to prevent abuse and ensure fair access. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions. For higher volume needs, contact us for bulk verification or API access.

Service Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy (95%+), deepfake detection is not 100% guaranteed. Factors beyond our control (image quality, advanced manipulation techniques, metadata stripping) may affect results. We do not guarantee detection accuracy for all images.

Limitation of Liability

DeepFakeAI and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to false positives/negatives, data loss, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to $100 USD.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on DeepFakeAI are owned by AppsYogi or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DeepFakeAI at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in abusive behavior.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
